Overview

The AI Way sells access to live, scheduled training sessions. Because each enrolment reserves a place in a small live cohort, our policy is built around free rescheduling rather than cash refunds. Please read this policy before purchasing.

No Cash Refunds

No cash refunds, ever. Once payment is made, the amount is not refundable to your original payment method. Instead, every enrolment includes a free reschedule option described below.

Free Reschedule

Every enrolment includes one free self-serve reschedule to any future cohort. A reschedule link is included in your day-before reminder email. The reschedule window closes 6 hours before your cohort starts.

No-Show

If you do not attend and did not reschedule within the window, no refund is due. Email rwitapa@theaiway.in with your order ID and we will move you to a future cohort on a best-effort basis.

Session Cancelled by Us

If we cancel or reschedule a session, you can move to any future cohort of your choice at no extra charge. No cash refunds are issued in this case.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a payment that is debited but does not confirm your enrolment, email rwitapa@theaiway.in with your order ID. Verified duplicate or failed-enrolment charges are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
