By registering for any course or using theaiway.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Purchasing the Sprint grants you access to one live cohort session on the date selected at checkout, plus the post-session materials listed in Section 3. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your joining link.
Sprint enrolment includes:
Live session recordings are not provided. The live format with real-time debugging is the product.
No cash refunds, ever. Every enrollment includes one free self-serve reschedule to any future cohort. A reschedule link is included in your day-before reminder email. The window closes 6 hours before your cohort starts.
No-show: No refund. If you missed the reschedule window, email rwitapa@theaiway.in with your order ID and we will move you to a future cohort on a best-effort basis.
Session cancelled by us: You can reschedule to any future cohort of your choice at no extra charge. No cash refunds.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully, both during the live session and in the WhatsApp community. We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt the session or community without refund.
All course materials, written guides, prompt libraries, workflow files, and content are owned by The AI Way. You may use what you build during the session and the materials provided for your own professional work. You may not resell or redistribute course content, workflow files, or prompt libraries.
The AI Way provides training for educational purposes. We are not liable for outcomes at your workplace resulting from applying course content. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
