By registering for any course or using theaiway.info, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Purchasing a course grants you access to one cohort session on the date selected at checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your joining link with others.
Cancellation within 2 days of booking: Full refund, no questions asked. Email us at rwitapa@theaiway.info with your order ID.
Cancellation after 2 days of booking: No cash refund. You can reschedule to any future cohort for free.
No-show: No refund. Contact us before the session to reschedule to a future cohort at no extra charge.
Session cancelled by us: Full refund or free transfer to the next cohort, at your choice.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt the session without refund.
All course materials, recordings, and content are owned by The AI Way. You may use what you build during the session for your own professional work. You may not resell or redistribute course content.
The AI Way provides training for educational purposes. We are not liable for outcomes at your workplace resulting from applying course content. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
